This has to be a spoof site. If they are connecting tissue to parts of the brain that are not used then the new body parts would not do anything as the brain would not acknowledge their existence and the individual would have no neural paths that would allow them to control or sense the newly modified parts. But the pictures are pretty cool and the concept is inovative. Did you try emailing them? that would be interesting to see what kind of response they would send.
