Elizabeth was my grandmother's second child and her first daughter. They were so hopeful in these days, before the Depression. Agnes was still healthy, my great grandmother still had her farm, and my grandfather Jack had a job with John Deere as a salesman. When I saw this baby book, it made me feel good that my mom was so warmly welcomed in the world. Her mother loved her very much.
