Our readers, as well as my own wanderings, pass along the following irresistible items:
From Will S.:
Have you heard about the Lesbian Gang Threat video clip from the Bill O'Reilly show yet? It's both hilarious and aggravating.
What an amazing bit of fabricated news. The footage is completely unrelated and looks like some random women fighting. I was wondering why it was lesbians, instead of gay men attacking straights, but I guess dykes are a big enough threat now.
The sly racial angle is good too, where they make mention of racial gangs. It's even more deliciously ironic (and surely planned) that it's being reported by a black crime "expert." I remember a quote from your blog where you quipped that "gays are the new blacks"â this is unfortunately very fitting.
Are you familiar with the comics artist Ellen Forney?
One of her regular gigs is to illustrate one of the kinky personal ads in The Stranger, one of Seattle's independent weeklies.
I commissioned Ellen to do a drawing of my wife for my birthday and it turned out great. (No, it wasn't naughty in the least.)
From Confessions of a College Callgirl:
I have always been turned on by the extreme, the unusual, and the singularly dirty. But no matter how hard I claw the sheets fantasizing about multiple partners alone with my silver bullet vibrator, I inevitably chicken out when it comes right down to real-life encounters.
Soberly approaching an unusual sexual experience, my stomach flips around like a young girl on the monkey bars, my breath gets short, and my bowels turn over, until Iâm feeling more nauseous than aroused.
In my personal life, this is the moment when I can turn around and spend the day watching America's Next Top Model reruns on the couch.
But in my professional life, I'm forced to work through the discomfort and make myself press forward like a young professional invited to a boring party with a lot of networking potential. Continued...
Finally, I love it when hypocrites of the religious right fall upon each other in a Piety Hair-Pulling Fight:
Presidential Wanna-Be Mitt Romney Smacked in Porn Scandal
The Marriott chain is one of the top dogs in the porn business, and I'm so glad the fundies have provided the chance to point this out. American porn has become completely dominated by corporate influenceâ so if you don't like what you're seeing lately, now you know who to chalk it up to! The phone companies, the hotel chains, the auto business: they have uniformly bad taste and zero aesthetics.
