I. just. flipped.
Yes, I would love to start my own audio-lovers empire, with a cherry on top! Recording my favorite books with my favorite audiobook actors has been a dream come true.
I was a little wary at first, pressing the Audible veterans: "Really? You really want me to bring in stuff I'm crazy about, all my eccentric and volatile interests? My rolodex is going to blow your mind!"
It could be sex one day, hardcore politics or crime the next— is there a difference? And then on the third day... birding.
"I have simple tastes: I like the best," said Mr. Wilde. There are so many stories out there, that may not be New-York-Times-bestsellers— but they've changed my life. I want to listen to all of them.
